Raspberries are the quintessential British summer fruit.
As with strawberries, our raspberries are grown right across the UK from Southern Kent to Scotland.
Our growers provide approximately half the supply of raspberries to British consumers annually, and as with strawberries, they are grown using a range of techniques so that they are available from April through to November.
The main variety we grow is Driscoll’s® Maravilla™. However, we are pleased to be launching two new varieties in 2023 including Driscoll’s® Sophie™, a new premium variety that is exceptionally sweet and flavoursome and Driscoll’s® Reyna™, which will be an increasing part of our supply in the future.
